AUSTIN, TX - Justin Reed led the Toros in scoring with 34 points in Austin's 105-100 overtime victory over the Utah Flash. The home team led by as many as 22 points in front of a sell-out crowd at the Austin Convention Center including Spurs' head coach Greg Popovich.
Five Toros scored in the double figures including DerMarr Johnson with 21, Keith Langford with 14, Ian Mahinmi with 12, and Kris Lang added 11.
James Lang and Garry Hill-Thomas both recorded a double-double for the Flash to add to a team-high 18 points by Curtis Stinson.
The Toros head to Tulsa to face the 66ers tomorrow night for their first game of a four-game road trip. Utah plays at Rio Grande Valley on Sunday.
