The Marlies will finish their pre-Christmas schedule with three consecutive road games.
Toronto travels to New York tonight for a 7:05 p.m. game against the Rochester Americans, AHL affiliate of the Buffalo Sabres. The Marlies are 1-2-0-0 against the Amerks so far this season.
In their final two games of the week, Toronto travels to North Carolina for the first time in franchise history. The Marlies will take on the Charlotte Checkers, AHL affiliate of the Carolina Hurricanes, on Friday night at 7 p.m. and Saturday afternoon at 12 p.m. Toronto has posted a record of 2-0-0-0 against the Checkers this season. Zach Boychuk leads Charlotte in scoring, having collected 23 points (11 goals, 12 assists) in 26 games this season.

The Toronto Marlies posted a record of 2-0-0-0 in two games this past week.
On Friday night, Toronto traveled down the QEW to take on the Hamilton Bulldogs, AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens. The Marlies earned a 4-1 victory, pushing their record to 3-0- 1-0 at Copps Coliseum this season. Spencer Abbott, Kory Nagy, T.J. Brennan and Brad Ross scored for the Marlies while Drew MacIntyre stopped 28 of 29 shots. The Marlies went 1- for-3 on the powerplay and 4-for-4 on the penalty kill. In their final game of the week, Toronto defeated the St. John's IceCaps, AHL affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets, by a score of 3-2 at Ricoh Coliseum. Brad Ross, Carter Ashton and David Broll tallied goals for the Marlies while Drew MacIntyre earned his second consecutive victory.
