Reid Boucher Scores First NHL Goal

NEWARK, NJ -- At 12:08 of the first period during Wednesday's New Jersey Devils game against the Ottawa Senators, Reid Boucher netted his first career National Hockey League goal.

Boucher, who was recalled by New Jersey on Dec. 4, began the season in the Capital Region. In 21 games with Albany, the rookie winger is second on the team with 18 points and tied for first with 10 goals. Boucher is playing in his seventh career NHL game. Entering the night he had two helpers.
