
Toronto Falls 4-2 against Binghamton

Toronto Marlies News Release
The Binghamton Senators, AHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators, defeated the Toronto Marlies by a score of 4-2 this afternoon at Ricoh Coliseum.
Rookie forward Greg McKegg opened the scoring for Toronto at 6:47 of the first period. With an assist on the goal, Sam Carrick earned his first career AHL point. Stephane Da Costa, Fredrik Claesson, Pat Cannone and Shane Prince would then score unanswered tallies to secure the victory for Binghamton. Jerry D'Amigo added a late tally for Toronto but the Marlies were unable to mount a comeback.
Toronto returns to the ice tomorrow afternoon for a second consecutive game against the Binghamton Senators. Puck drop is set for 3 p.m. Limited tickets are still available and can be purchased by calling the team's ticket line at 416-597-PUCK (7825). Tomorrow's game will mark the Marlies annual Canadian Armed Forces Appreciation Day.
