Topes Fans Devour 17,071 Hot Dogs on 50 Cent Dog Night

Albuquerque Isotopes fans hungry for hot dogs flocked to Isotopes Park to take advantage of the team's popular 50 cent Hot Dog Night promotion, the first of this season. A total of 17,071 hot dogs were consumed on Monday night as fans watched the Topes host the Redbirds to open an eight-game homestand.
The 'Topes will hold a second 50 cent Hot Dog Night on June 17 as the club faces Memphis for the second time at home this season with the third and final coming on August 26 when the Topes take on Round Rock. Albuquerque plays Memphis tomorrow in game two of the four-game set for another 6:35 p.m. start. RHP Blake Johnson toes the rubber against LHP Tyler Lyons.
