WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON: The TinCaps won their third game in a row over South Bend, riding great pitching and timely hitting to a 3-1 victory. Gabe Mosser shined his start, tossing six scoreless innings and retiring the final 15 batters he faced. Justin Lopez cracked a two-run home run in the sixth (his third dinger of the homestand), Lee Solomon added an RBI single in the seventh, and the Cubs mustered just a lone run off the 'Caps bullpen.
