Fort Wayne TinCaps News Release
The Fort Wayne TinCaps, in conjunction with the San Diego Padres, announced the following roster moves today:
Catcher Miguel Del Castillo transferred from Fort Wayne to Short-Season-A Eugene. Del Castillo went 4-for-31 (.129) at the plate with 3 RBI in 9 games with the TinCaps.
Catcher Ryan Miller transferred from Short-Season-A Eugene to Fort Wayne. Miller, who was a 14th round draft selection of the Padres in June out of San Bernardino Valley College, hit .245 with 9 RBI in 43 games with the Emeralds.
The Fort Wayne roster stands at the Midwest League limit of 25 players.
