Tigers Deal Brook to Cougars

Medicine Hat Tigers News Release
Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers have announced today that they've traded defenceman Aidan Brook ('03) to the Prince George Cougars in exchange for a 6th round pick in the 2021 WHL Prospect Draft.
Brook was originally drafted by the Seattle Thunderbirds in the 4th round, 76th overall by the Seattle Thunderbirds in 2018, he was then acquired by the Tigers in January of 2019. The 6'3" right shot defenceman has appeared in 24 games for the Tigers, registering two assists and adding 14 penalty minutes.
Tigers Head Coach and General Manager Willie Desjardins says "Aidan is an excellent team guy, he's a hard worker, he's great in the room." With an abundance of defencemen the amount of minutes available would be limited. "PG is excited to add Aidan. He will get lots of opportunity to play for the Cougars. We wish him all the best in Prince George."
The Tigers return the ice on Saturday as they play host to the Calgary Hitmen. Doors open at 6pm and puck drop is scheduled for 7pm. Tickets are available at tixx.ca or at the Co-op Place box office.
