Tickets to go on sale September 30th

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the United Hockey League and 2005-06 Central Division, Tarry Cup and Colonial Cup Champions, announce that tickets for their two pre-season games, as well as single game tickets for the team's entire 2006-2007 home schedule will go on sale to the public Saturday, September 30th at 10 a.m. at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office and all Ticketmaster Locations.

The first chance that fans will get to see the K-Wings will be on Wednesday, October 4th at 7 p.m. as the Colonial Cup Champions host the Muskegon Fury in the first of three pre-season contests.

After traveling to Fort Wayne, Indiana for a game on October 6th, Kalamazoo will conclude their pre-season schedule at home on Saturday, October 7th with a 7:30 p.m. face-off against their archrivals, the Fort Wayne Komets. Tickets for either pre-season clash will be reserve seating and will be available at the affordable price of $5.

Regular season single game tickets for all K-Wings' games will also be available for purchase beginning on Saturday, September 30th. The K-Wings will play 38 regular season home games at Wings Stadium, including their home opener against the Flint Generals on Saturday, October 21st at 7:30 p.m. Prior to the game against the Generals, the K-Wings will raise the championship banners and unveil their championship rings.

Other marquee nights on the K-Wings schedule include the 3rd Annual Orange Ice Game on Saturday, October 28th, as he K-Wings host the Muskegon Fury. The 5th Annual New Year's Eve Bash presented by COOL 101 FM and WWMT TV3, as the K-Wings host the Flint Generals and the 7th Annual Pink Ice Game on February 14th versus the Elmira Jackals.

One of the most historic traditions in hockey will continue Saturday, March 17th, as the K-Wings host the Port Huron Flags in the 26th Annual Fifth-Third Bank "World Famous" K-Wings St. Patrick's Day Green Ice Game.

Tickets for all K-Wings home games range in price from $8-$13. Fans can purchase individual game tickets at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office, or at any Ticketmaster outlet. The price for all K-Wings premium night games (all colored ice and New Year's Eve game) will be increased by $1.

All tickets that are purchased for any K-Wings game (including the pre-season) on game-day will be increased by $1 per ticket.

Season ticket holders that have already purchased their season tickets can pick up their ticket packages starting Monday, October 2nd at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office. Flexi-plan holders that have purchased their ticket package can pick them up packages on Monday, September 25th.

The Kalamazoo Wings are also planning a special Season Ticket Holder Party on Wednesday, October 25th at the Holiday Inn West located at 2747 South 11th Street. The party will take place from 6-8 p.m. All season ticket holders are encouraged to attend this party, as the K-Wings will be handing out commemorative season ticket holder gifts.

Season tickets for the upcoming 2006-2007 season are still on sale at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office.
