Bloomington PrairieThunder News Release

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - As the Bloomington PrairieThunder hockey team prepares for its inaugural season at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum, season ticket packages to the games continue to be sold for as little as $95! Fans are encouraged to contact the Coliseum staff as soon as possible to get in on the action, which begins with the PrairieThunder's home opener on Saturday, October 14.

Season ticket packages are available in full-season, 20-game and 10-game plans. All season-ticket packages offer significant savings over single-game ticket prices. Early demand for PrairieThunder season tickets has been high, with over 2,000 packages already sold!

"Ticket package sales have been very brisk in the early going," said PrairieThunder General Manager Jerry McBurney. "The pace will pick up significantly as the season approaches, so the best time to buy is now in order to insure the best seat locations. We have some very affordable packages, and the great thing about our partial plans is that you pick the games that are included. Partial plans can be tailored to meet an individual's schedule and ensure unused tickets will not go to waste."

Good seat locations for the PrairieThunder's inaugural season still remain, but are anticipated to go fast as the season approaches. A full PrairieThunder hockey schedule is available at www.uscellularcoliseum.com. To purchase your season ticket package today contact Patrick at 309-434-2664 or Jennifer at 309-434-2692.
