Thursday's Series Finale at Potomac Postponed

WOODBRIDGE, Va. - Thursday's series finale between the Myrtle Beach Pelicans and Potomac Nationals has been postponed due to wet grounds.

The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader at 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 16 at Pfitzner Stadium. The clubs are scheduled to play two seven-inning games.

Myrtle Beach returns home for a three-game weekend set with Salem beginning Friday, April 29, at 7:05 p.m. Gates open at 6 p.m. on Teacher Appreciation Night and Bark In The Park, where dogs are admitted free with the purchase of a Budweiser Thirst Inning Deck ticket. All kids 12 & under can also run the bases following the game.

RHP Trevor Clifton (0-2, 4.15 ERA) goes for the Pelicans against Salem's LHP Matt Kent (1-1, 7.20 ERA). Coverage of Friday's game will begin at 6:50 p.m. on MyrtleBeachPelicans.com and the TuneIn App.
