A three-run homer by Kellin Deglan and a three-RBI day by Hoy Jun Park led the way in a 7-2 Thunder win over the Hartford Yard Goats on Sunday evening at ARM & HAMMER Park.

The Thunder (14-17, 52-44) immediately jumped on Hartford starter Antonio Santos (0-1) in his Double-A debut. Kyle Holder led off the bottom of the first inning with a single to right field, extending his team-high hitting streak to 11 games. Hoy Jun Park doubled Holder home for the game's first run, and after a walk, Deglan knocked a three-run homer to right field for a 4-0 Thunder lead.

In the fourth, the Thunder chased Santos from the game, as Rashad Crawford brought home a run on an infield single and Park smashed a two-run triple to left-center to pad the Thunder advantage to 7-0.

Mylz Jones gave the Yard Goats (14-16, 51-46) their only runs of the evening with a two-run homer to left field off Trevor Lane in the sixth, Jones' second home run of the series.

Thunder starter Nick Nelson (4-2) battled a high pitch count but held Hartford to three hits over five scoreless innings, striking out five. After Lane pitched the sixth and seventh innings, Brooks Kriske slammed the door with two scoreless frames to finish the game.

The win earned the Thunder a split of the four-game series in Hartford's final visit of the season to ARM & HAMMER Park.

Your Thunder continue their homestand on Monday night at 7 p.m. against the Akron RubberDucks. RHP Albert Abreu (5-7, 3.72) will start for the Thunder, and Akron's starter is yet to be announced. The Thunder will celebrate Steiner Sports Night, featuring a special appearance and autograph session by Yankees legend Bucky Dent. Tickets are available by phone at 609-394-3300 or online at TrentonThunder.com.
