Three Stars For Jaeger, Named Three-Star Player Of Month

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (March 5)- The awards keep coming in for Brahmas netminder Brett Jaeger as he was honored today as the Oakley Three-Star Player of the Month for February by the Central Hockey League (CHL).

Jaeger posted a 8-2-0 record for the month between the pipes and recorded a shutout, his second of the season. His strong play also earned the third season Brahma with back to back "Goalie of the Week" honors, and ultimately "Goaltender of the Month" bragging rights. In ten games played the Peace River, ALTA native had just a 1.91 GAA, allowing only 18 goals. Jaeger led the league with a.941 save percentage.

The Brahmas have eight games remaining in the regular season before the postseason, beginning with a pivotal Southern Conference matchup tonight against the Laredo Bucks at 7:05 PM at the NYTEX Sports Centre. The first 1000 fans in attendance will receive a free Brahmas cap courtesy of NYTEX Sports. On Saturday the Brahmas host the Rapid City Rush at 7:05 PM.
