*Last Look:* The Tulsa Oilers host the hottest team in Central Hockey League tonight, the Rapid City Rush.
*Records: *Oilers are 26-24-6 with 58 points in sixth place in the North Conference.
Rapid City is 39-11-5 for 83 points in first place in the North Conference.
*Season Series: *This is sixth and final meeting of the season between these two teams. After winning the first two games at home, the Oilers have dropped the last three against Rapid City. Rapid City won the most recent contest, 6-2 in Tulsa on December 19^th.
*Recent Action: *The Oilers snapped a three game losing streak scoring three goals in the first 10 minutes, en route to a 6-3 win over the Mississippi RiverKings on Wednesday. Rapid City won its fifth straight game, with a 6-4 win at Wichita on Wednesday.
*Fleck Behind Bench:* Oiler defenseman Tyler Fleck who has been placed on season ending injured reserve due to shoulder surgery is the Oilers interim coach while coach Bruce Ramsay is in Canada on family matters. Tonight is Fleck's second game behind the bench.
*Spreading The Wealth: *The Oilers had a cornucopia of goals the other night against Mississippi, with six different players scoring goals. Twelve players got points, as the Oilers scored one power play goal, and two shorthanded goals.
*Hot Rush:* Rapid City comes into tonight's game on a five game winning streak, with five different players having game winning goals in that stretch. The Rush has also gone 13-1-2, earning points in 15 of its last 16 games.
*Playoff Profile:* Tulsa is battling Missouri, and Mississippi for the final two playoff spots in the North Conference. The top five teams make the playoffs. Mississippi is in fourth place with 61 points; Missouri is in fifth place with 60 points; Tulsa is in sixth place with 58 points. Each team has eight games remaining.
*Next Up: *The Oilers conclude this longest and final homestand of the season tomorrow night hosting Missouri. It will be the Oilers last home game of the regular season. Rapid City plays at Texas tomorrow.
