Irvin currently sits at 10 wins, which is two behind the franchise's single-season record set by Tyler Cloyd. Irvin faced Louisville on April 14h in his Coca-Cola Park debut. He did not earn a decision, allowing three runs over four innings. Lopez, a product of Seton Hall is the No. 28 prospect in the Reds system. The Pigs saw Lopez on April 13 and tagged him for seven runs over 4 1/3 including a pair of home runs by Dylan Cozens
LAST GAME Trailing by three runs in the eighth, a pinch-hit double from Danny Ortiz sparked a rally that led to a 7-6 Pigs victory in extra innings. Ortiz also delivered the game-winning RBI in the 10th inning. Recap
HEAD-TO-HEAD This is the final meeting for the Pigs against Louisville this season. After taking three of four from the Bats in the Lehigh Valley and winning last night's contest, the Pigs are assured a season series victory against the Bats.
With the victory last night and the loss by the RailRiders, the IronPigs magic number to clinch the IL North is 12. For each win or RailRiders defeat, the magic number will continue to decrease.
