The first-place IronPigs (71-47) play the rubber match of a three-game series against the Louisville Bats (52-63) at Louisville Slugger Field... With a 7-6 win in 10 innings last night, the Pigs snapped their season-long, four-game losing streak and improved to 1-4 on this six-game, West Division road trip. The Pigs also reduced their Magic Number to clinch the North Division by two games to 12 last night. Despite the recent skid, Lehigh Valley owns a 42-22 record since June 3 -- going from 0.5 games back to 10.0 games ahead... The Bats -- Cincinnati's top affiliate -- have now dropped five of their last seven affairs. Still, over a longer stretch, the Bats own an impressive 17-8 record since falling to a season low-water mark at 35-55 on July 16... The Pigs next start a seven-game homestand with South Division-leading Durham (65-50) on Monday.

LHP Cole Irvin (10-4, 3.00) will start for LHV against RHP Jose Lopez (5-10, 4.47).
