THIS WEEK'S OPPONENTS...
The TORONTO ROADRUNNERS (Edmonton) are fourth in the North Division with a 28-26-8-3 record and 67 points, seven better than the Maple Leafs... St. John's has a 5 2-1-0 record against the Roadrunners this season... Toronto is 7-2-0-1 in their last 10 games and are coming off a 4-3 (OT) loss to Milwaukee Wednesday. Toronto is 16-8- 5-1 at home this season... The Roadrunners are ranked 12th in the league with the man advantage at a 15.3% success rate and are ranked 23rd overall while killing penalties at 83.2%... Forward Brad Winchester has eight points (4G,4A) and is a plus seven (+7) in his last 10 games... Left-winger Jamie Wright leads the Roadrunners with 44 points (18G,26A) in 64 games... Toronto will be in St. John's April 9 & 10 to close out the regular season.
The SYRACUSE CRUNCH (Columbus) are 2nd in the North Division with a 29-19-10- 5 record and 73 points... The Crunch are 15-7-6-3 at home this season and are currently on a three-game unbeaten streak (2-0-1-0)... The Crunch are ranked 3rd overall in the AHL while on the powerplay at a 17.4% success rate and are 16th overall while killing penalties at 85.5%... Center Donald MacLean leads the team with 52 points (21G,31A) in 63 games this season... Goaltender Pascal Leclaire has a 17-12-3 record, a 2.93 GAA and a.920 save percentage in 35 games... Crunch defenceman Derrick Walser leads the team with two goals and two assists in three games against the Maple Leafs this season... Syracuse will visit Mile One Stadium April 6th and 7th.
The Rochester Americans (Buffalo Sabres) will be in St. John's one final time this season on March 16 and 17. The Americans hold down the 5th and final playoff spot in the North Division and lead the Maple Leafs by six points... St. John's will be in Rochester March 14 and 31... The Baby Leafs lead the season series 3-0-1-0... The Americans are currently on one-game losing streak... At home this season Rochester has a 19-11-3-0 record... Center Domenic Pittis leads Rochester in scoring with 52 points (12G,40A) in 58 games... Center Chris Taylor has the hot hand for the Americans tallying 15 points including 13 assists in his last 10 games... Goaltender Ryan Miller is 2-2-0 and has a 1.24 GAA in his last five starts...

NEXT WEEK'S OPPONENTS...
The Rochester Americans visit Mile One Stadium next Tuesday and Wednesday in two crucial division matches. The Maple Leafs lead the season series 3-0-1-0.
The Hamilton Bulldogs will be in St. John's next weekend for a two game set. Hamilton leads the North Division with 79 points.
