The SYRACUSE CRUNCH (Columbus) defeated the Maple Leafs by a score of 2-1 in their only meeting back on December 20... The Crunch are 4th in the North Division and lead St. John's by three points and have a 20-14-7-3 record... Syracuse is 5-2-2-1 in their last 10 games and are undefeated in their last four games (2-0-2-0)... Former Maple Leaf and AHL scoring Champ in 2002, Donald MacLean, leads the Crunch with 42 points (17G,25A) in 44 games this season...The Crunch are 3rd overall with a 18.2% success rate while on the powerplay and are 19th overall in killing penalties at 84.8%...
