
Texas Recalls Kiviaho from Idaho

CEDAR PARK, Texas - The Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL's Dallas Stars, announced today they have called up goaltender Henrik Kiviaho from their ECHL affiliate, the Idaho Steelheads.
Kiviaho (KIH-vee-ah-hoh), 20, is on his second call-up to the Stars this season. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound goaltender has appeared in nine ECHL games this season for Idaho, with a 3.07 goals against average and .886 save percentage. The Lappeenranta, Finland native was a fifth-round draft pick (144th overall) of the Dallas Stars in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.
Texas will host the Charlotte Checkers tonight at 7 p.m.
