Switchbacks FC Looking to Move Up in the Standings With a Win on the Road in LA

Los Angeles, California (Friday, May 29, 2015) - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC are in LA looking for a chance to move up in the USL standings.
The Switchbacks FC will be taking on fellow Western Conference club LA Galaxy II Saturday night. This will be the first-ever meeting between these two teams. LA Galaxy II currently have 13 points (4-4-1), having played in one more match. The Switchbacks FC have 12 points (4-4-0).
The Switchbacks FC are coming off of a win in the USL regular season against Arizona United SC, and two Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup wins, including this past Wednesday against Real Monarchs SLC.
"The team has some good momentum right now, winning the last three games in all competitions," said Switchbacks FC Head Coach Steve Trittschuh. "We look forward to playing a quality team in LA Galaxy II. They are just ahead of us in the standings, so we are looking to get a positive result."
