
Sundogs Players' Pending Immigration Approved; Hood, Potvin And Gardner Added To Roster

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - Arizona Sundogs Head Coach and General Manager Marco Pietroniro announced this afternoon that forwards Kyle Hood, Steve Potvin and Kevin Gardner have been approved by Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) for the 2009-10 Central Hockey League season.
Awaiting final immigration approval, the three forwards were initially left off the Club's 2009-10 roster announced yesterday.
To accommodate the addition of Hood, Potvin and Gardner to the team's 19-man roster, forwards Joey Sides and Brett Hammond have been waived.
The Sundogs open the 2009-10 regular season at home at Tim's Toyota Center tonight at 7:05pm (Arizona time) against the expansion Allen Americans as they host the first 'Red Out' of the year.
