Struthers Named Huron Tractor Player of the Week
December 10, 2019 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Owen Sound Attack News Release
Matthew Struthers has been named the Huron Tractor Player of the Week in his return to the Owen Sound Attack.
The overage forward made a triumphant return to the Bayshore this past week, scoring the overtime winner in a game against the IceDogs while adding two assists. He then followed up that performance with another three point night on the national stage, earning a goal and two helpers against the London Knights on Sportsnet.
So far this season in 28 games between the Attack and the Battalion, Struthers has 13 goals and 14 assists for 27 points.
Struthers and the team will be playing tonight at the Bayshore. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m against the Guelph Storm. We ask fans arrive early for the Scott Walker banner unveiling ceremony as we honour the former Plater's career.
Tickets for the game are available at the MacVicar & McComb Sutton Realty Attack Box Office.
