RENO, Nev. - The Reno Aces fell to the Tacoma Rainiers tonight, 12-7. Seth Beer led thee way with three RBIs and a homer in the seven-run outburst.

Reno scored first, after falling behind early in last night's contest, with Cooper Hummel hitting a double off the wall in left-center field to score Andrew Young from first. The RBI gave Reno the early 1-0 lead.

In the top of the second, Tacoma answered by scoring two and taking the 2-1 lead.

Reno countered in the bottom of the second with a bases-loaded walk by Josh Rojas to drive in Christian Lopes and make it a 2-2 game.

Tacoma re-took the lead in the top of the third behind a solo shot to right field, making it 3-2 Rainiers. The visiting team added on two more in the top of the fifth to make it 5-2.

Beer got the Aces back on the board in the bottom of the fifth, singling to score Camden Duzenack and cut into the lead.

The burst kept going in the seventh, with Juniel Querecuto smacking his eighth homer of the year into the Tacoma bullpen in right field. The solo shot made it a 5-4 game.

Then on a 1-1 count, Beer crushed a ball into the same spot as Querecuto's homer to score Rojas and make it a 6-5 Aces lead. The home run, Beer's team-leading 12th of the season, gave the Aces their first lead since Tacoma scored two in the second to erase a 1-0 Reno lead.

Beer's two RBIs on the swing brought his season total to 45, also leading the team.

Tacoma would score one in the eighth, and six in the top of the ninth to take a 12-6 lead. Andrew Young hit a solo homer in the bottom of the ninth, to make it a 12-7 final.
