
Stockton's Constant Suspended Three Games, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that it has suspended Stockton
defenseman Ryan Constant for three games and fined him an undisclosed
amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #477 against Phoenix on Jan.
25.
Constant was removed from the ice at 16:24 of the third period and
subsequently returned at which point he was assessed a Game Misconduct
under Rule 70.1 Leaving The Players Bench
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and
the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the
ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Constant will miss Stockton's game at Victoria (Jan. 27), at Victoria (Jan.
28) and vs. Phoenix (Jan. 31).
