
Stingrays Pledge to Keep North Charleston Beautiful

South Carolina Stingrays News Release
North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays in partnership with Keep North Charleston Beautiful announced today that they will sponsor and flowerscape the "Butterfly Garden" in North Charleston near Park Circle.
The Stingrays staff and players will edge, weed, clean, mulch and maintain the "Butterfly Garden" for an entire year. Created on May 17, 2000, Keep North Charleston Beautiful (KNCB) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that promotes the beauty of the City of North Charleston through hands-on events and programs. KNCB supports litter reduction efforts through education and by supporting community cleanups. The first Stingrays landscaping day is Friday, June 3 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fans are encouraged to join the Stingrays staff and help keep their community clean and beautiful. All tools and materials will be provided by Keep North Charleston Beautiful.
