Stingers Lose Back to Back for First Time this Season

Thunder Bay, Ontario- For the second straight night, the Willmar Stingers were defeated on the road by the Thunder Bay Border Cats.

Although the final score was 4-2, Willmar did have some positives.

Braxton Johns out of the bullpen worked four scoreless innings shutting down the Thunder Bay Border Cats keeping their lead at three.

In the fifth Willmar came battling back scoring two, capped off by an RBI infield single by Tyler Reichenborn (Iowa Western).

Willmar couldn't score however in the ninth trailing by two, falling to the Border Cats 4-2.

Willmar will play again tomorrow night on the road against Duluth, first pitch 7:05.
