Lowell Spinners News Release
BURLINGTON, VT - Wet weather has forced the postponement of Sunday's start to a four-game roadtrip for the Lowell Spinners, as the team was rained out in Vermont.
The Spinners and Lake Monsters will now play a doubleheader Monday, with two seven-inning games beginning at 6:05pm.
Sunday's probable starter, Dioscar Romero (0-1, 40.50) and Monday's expected starter Luis Ramos (1-0, 7.27) are set to start each end of the twin bill.
The Spinners are off to their best start since 2003, racing out to an 8-1 record over their first nine games.
