South Carolina Coach Fitzsimmons Suspended One Game, Fined

March 17, 2007 - ECHL (ECHL) News Release

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Saturday that it has suspended South Carolina coach Jason Fitzsimmons for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #762 against Florida on Mar. 16.

Fitzsimmons was assessed a Gross Misconduct at the end of the second period.

Fitzsimmons is suspended and fined under Rule 29 Supplemental Discipline.
