Sound Tigers Recall Keenan from Stockton of the ECHL

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (Oct. 28, 2013) - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced that they have recalled defenseman Mike Keenan from the Stockton Thunder of the ECHL.

Keenan was loaned to Stockton on Oct. 16 and scored two points (one goal, one assist) in three games. He also appeared in five games for the Sound Tigers in 2012-13, collecting one assist.

Keenan, 24, appeared in all 34 games with Dartmouth last season and played in every game in his final three seasons before signing a entry-level deal in the offseason. Over his four-year career at Dartmouth, Keenan amassed 37 points (eight goals, 28 assists) in 108 games.

The Sound Tigers return to action Wednesday with a road contest against the Hartford Wolfpack at 7 p.m.
