
Ryan Craig Returned on Loan to Springfield

Springfield, Mass. - The Springfield Falcons announced Monday that team captain Ryan Craig has been returned on loan by the Columbus Blue Jackets, the team's NHL affiliate. He appeared in three games with Columbus this season, recording three shots on goal, in addition to five hits and one blocked shot.
Craig played in only one game with Springfield this season before being recalled Friday, October 11. The Abbotsford, British Columbus native did not record a point but did finish with a +1 rating in the team's 3-2 shootout victory over the Manchester Monarchs.
Craig totaled 47 points (20 goals, 27 assists) with the Falcons a season ago. He ranks sixth in franchise history with 59 goals in a Falcons sweater.
The Falcons are back in action Wednesday, October 30 when they hit the road to play the Adirondack Phantoms at the Glens Falls Civic Center. The Puck drops at 7:00 p.m.
