
Solar Bears Defenseman Bell Recalled to Marlies

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears, proud affiliate of the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and AHL's Toronto Marlies, have announced that defenseman Zach Bell has been recalled to the Toronto Marlies.
Bell, 22, has dressed in all eight games for Orlando this season, recording one assist and 33 penalty minutes. The native of St. John's, N.L. was originally assigned to the Solar Bears on Oct. 6.
In 50 career ECHL games with Orlando and Ontario, Bell has accumulated nine points (3g-6a) and 135 penalty minutes.
The Solar Bears continue their fourth season in the ECHL, presented by Auto Justice Attorney Michael T. Gibson, P.A. at home on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 7:00 p.m. at the Amway Center against the Idaho Steelheads. Click here for a full list of the Solar Bears 2015-16 promotional and events calendar.
