
Snappers Return Home for Six After Break

BELOIT, WI - After their seven-game road trip to Quad Cities and Cedar Rapids concludes, the Beloit Snappers will head back to Pohlman Field for six games in their first homestand of the second half of the 2018 season. The Peoria Chiefs will be in Beloit from June 28th-July 1st for four games. The River Bandits will make the trip north for a quick two-game series on July 2nd and July 3rd.
June 28th for game one is scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. Thursday is a Two Dollar Thursday special, where Hot dogs, brats, pizza, 12 oz. domestic draft beer and fountain soft drinks can be purchased for just $2. Presented by your friends at Advia Credit Union.
June 29th is also a 7:00 p.m. first pitch. Upon admission, fans will receive a rally towel, presented by SSM Health. It is a More For Your Money Friday special. The Snappers have your Friday nights covered. We are offering 4 General Admission tickets, 4 hot dogs, 4 fountain soft drinks, 1 cotton candy, and a box of popcorn for just $40. June 30th is Ladies Night at the ballpark, presented by WSJY, and a 7:00 p.m. first pitch. Tickets for women are half priced and women will receive 10 percent off a purchase at the merchandise store.
The Chiefs series finale will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday July 1st. It is a 2-For-1 BOGO & Mercy Health System's Day. The Quad Cities River Bandits series opener will be on Monday July 2nd and both games will be at 7:00 p.m. Monday's game is a WJVL/WCLO Monster Deal Monday. Fans get 2 General Admission tickets, 2 hot dogs, 2 fountain soft drinks, 2 popcorns, & 2 adjustable hats, all for just $26. That's a savings of more than $40, thanks to WJVL & WCLO. All 12-oz. domestic drafts are just $1.50.
The final game of the homestand will be on Tuesday. It is a Salute To Heroes night, Jersey Auction and Fireworks, presented by Huntley Fan Club, Bolgrien, Koepke, Kines & Livingston, and Wisconsin National Guard.
The Snappers will be wearing a special Fourth of July uniform and each player's uniform will be eligible to be bid upon in an auction during the game. Bidding starts when gates open and go until the fifth inning. Names of the winners will be posted on the side of the office. Shortly after the conclusion of the game, a brief fireworks show will be held behind center field and fans are invited to remain in their seats to watch.
Tuesday's game is also a Working Class Special promotion. Fans can enjoy a General Admission ticket and a brat basket for just $10.19 from your friends at 101.9 Iron Country Radio.
Starting game one for the Snappers on Thursday will be right-hander Jean Ruiz (0-6, 5.93).
Single-game tickets start as low as $6.50 in advance, and fans are encouraged to purchase 15-game packs to save money for multiple-game use this season. All ticket packages of 15 games or more guarantee fans all of the 2018 promotional giveaways including our three bobblehead giveaways!
