Silvertips Acquire Conditional Eighth Round Selection from Regina for G Danton Belluk

EVERETT, Wash. - The Everett Silvertips (@WHLSilvertips) have acquired a conditional eighth round selection in the 2021 WHL Draft from the Regina Pats in exchange for goaltender Danton Belluk, Silvertips general manager Garry Davidson announced today. @WHLSilvertips

Belluk, 18, spent last season with the Eastman Selects Midget AAA (MMHL) program with a 14-12-0-0 record, 2.90 goals-against-average, and .922 save percentage. He suited up in two games with the Silvertips in 2017-18 and was 0-1 with a .714 save percentage in 40 minutes of action. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound goaltender was originally selected by the Silvertips in the tenth round (212thoverall) of the 2016 WHL Draft.

The Silvertips officially launch the 2019-20 season with Opening Night, presented by Lamoureux Real Estate and SoundTransit (magnetic schedule giveaway) on Sept. 20 vs. Tri-City at 7:35 p.m. and finish the weekend the following night against the Royals, 7:05 p.m. with both games set in downtown Everett.

The Tips full regular season schedule offers full 34-game season tickets, 22-game, and 14-game plans for as little as $215 total per seat.
