Pats to Host A&W Home Opener Friday

Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats Hockey Club is pleased to announce the details surrounding their 2019 Home Opener, presented by A&W, at the Brandt Centre on Friday, September 20 against the Moose Jaw Warriors.

The club will be celebrating the start of their 102nd season with their annual pre-game BBQ, which will be held indoors at the Agribition Building, at Evraz Place starting at 4:30 p.m. A burger and a pop will be available for a $2 donation to the Regina Pats Community Foundation.

There will be an opportunity for fans to get their faces painted, a display from the Royal Regina Rifles and there will be activities for kids at the BBQ.

Fans can make their way over to the rink for warmups and the first 1000 into the building will receive a three-piece BBQ set, courtesy of A&W.

Fans will want to be in their seats at 7 p.m. when the Pats begin their pre-game ceremonies, launching the new season with player introductions and a tribute to our country's military.
