GOOD TO BE HOME: Forward Egor Sidorov returned to a goal-per-game pace scoring a hat-trick in the Saskatoon Blades 4-2 victory against the Red Deer Rebels at SaskTel Centre on Friday.

The Belarusian machine scored goals 26, 27, and 28 along with an assist on captain Trevor Wong's game-winning goal, giving him 39 points (27G, 12A) in 27 games. Wong finished the night with a goal and two assists, extending his team lead in points to 47 (7G, 40A) in 29 games.

19-year-old netminder Austin Elliott stood his ground in the crease stopping 17 shots, improving his record to 14-4-1-0.

Saskatoon still holds a grip on first place in the Eastern Conference with a 20-8-1-0 record, three points ahead of the Medicine Hat Tigers who have 37.

NEXT GAME: The Blades continue their three-in-three stand tomorrow night in Moose Jaw against the Warriors.
