
Senators Walk off on New Hampshire

Harrisburg Senators News Release
The Senators rallied for four runs in the bottom of the ninth to walk off the New Hampshire Fisher Cats 7-6 Saturday night at FNB Field. The Sens scored twice in the first inning to take a 2-0 lead, but New Hampshire scored six of the next seven runs to take a 6-3 into the bottom of the ninth. Harrisburg scored four runs on five hits in the ninth to win.
ON CAPITAL HILL
Gerardo Carillo started and went 5.1 innings, allowing six hits and three earned runs. He struck out four and walked two.
Pearson McMahan followed and allowed 1.2 innings allowing an unearned, striking out four and walking a batter.
Jhon Romero earned the win going the final two innings allowing a hit, walk and striking out four.
WITH THE GAVEL
Donovan Casey hit the game winning single, driving in Cole Freeman. He added an RBI single in the first.
Ian Sagdal had three hits in his first game with the Senators since May. He drove in the tying run in the ninth inning.
Gage Canning had two hits and scored a run.
Brady Lindsly had two hits and an RBI.
Jake Alu and Cole Freeman both had a hit and scored twice. Freeman also had an RBI.
FILIBUSTERS
The walk-off was the fourth this season for the Senators. The Senators also had a season high 14 hits. Harrisburg finished the game with a .229 batting, their highest of the season. The Sens had three runners thrown out at the plate including the potential winning run in the bottom of the ninth.
