PHILADELPHIA - "Spy Kids 3-D" comes to DVD and video next week, but Philadelphia Phantoms fans will be able to watch the hit motion picture this Friday, Feb. 20 at 5:00 p.m. prior to the team's game against the Hershey Bears. The movie will be shown inside Bullies Sports Bar & Restaurant at the Wachovia Spectrum.
Starring Sylvester Stallone, Antonio Banderas and Ricardo Montalban, "Spy Kids 3-D" returns secret agents Juni and Carmen Cortez in their most mind-blowing mission yet: a journey inside the virtual reality world of a 3-D video game. As they face escalating challenges through increasingly difficult levels of the game, the Spy Kids must rely on humor, high-tech gadgets and the bonds of family in order to stop a power-hungry villain.
"Our partnership with Allied Advertising has enabled us to preview some of the top movies around before they hit video stores," said Phantoms Vice President Jim Garino. "This is just another example of the Phantoms providing top-quality family entertainment on and off the ice."
Lucky fans will also win "Spy Kids 3-D" DVDs and movie posters during the Phantoms game on Friday.
