Johnstown, PA - The Johnstown Chiefs announced today that tickets for Kelly Cup Playoffs home games on Tuesday, April 15 and Wednesday, April 16 are available now.
The Chiefs captured the North Division Quarterfinals over the Dayton Bombers with a resounding 5-0 victory at the War Memorial last night. Ryan Garlock gave the Chiefs the lead 11 seconds into the game, and added another first period goal. Ray Macias, Jean Desrochers, and Alex Imbeault also scored to set the final. Ryan Nie's shutout was his third in four starts.
The Chiefs will now take on the Cincinnati Cyclones in the North Division Semifinals. The series opens with games this Friday, April 11 and Saturday, April 12 at U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati. The scene then shifts to Johnstown, and the War Memorial Arena, for Games 3 and 4 on Tuesday, April 15 and Wednesday April 16. Faceoff time is 7:05 PM for each game.
If necessary, Game 5 would be in Cincinnati on Friday, April 18, Game 6 would be back in Johnstown on Saturday, April 19, and Game 7 would be played Monday, April 21 in Cincinnati.
The Chiefs are pleased to announce that groups of 15 people, or more, can purchase group tickets for any of the upcoming playoff games at a special discounted rate!
