CHANCE TO WIN THE TRIP:The Sea Dogs are 3-1 on their seven-game roadtrip, and continue a four-game series with the Binghamton Mets on Tuesday night at NYSEG Stadium...Portland has outscored their opponent 16-8 on the trip, compiling a 2.06 ERA (8 ER/35.0 IP)...With last night's win, the 'Dogs snapped a five-game losing streak to the Mets, dating back to the 2014 Eastern Division Championship Series.

HE GOT REDEMPTION: Mike Augliera (1-4)was winless in 5 career starts against Binghamton, but worked 5+ innings last night on one run, leading the Sea Dogs to a 4-1 win...Portland took the lead for good with a 3-run fourth inning against losing pitcher John Gant (1-2)...Reed Gragnani (3-for-3, 2 BB) led off with a single and Luis Martinez blasted a two-run homer...Later in the frame, Carlos Asuaje added a run-scoring single...Portland's bullpen closed out the game with four scoreless from Kyle Kraus (2 IP) and Kyle Martin (2 IP and second save).
