Scorpions Urge All Fans to Come Out for Military Appreciation Night

Tonight, July 2nd, the Yuma Scorpions return to Desert Sun Stadium, after playing up in El Centro, CA. The Scorpions hope to return to their winning ways and keep the pressure on the Orange County Flyers during this playoff push.

The Scorpions will be playing their game tongiht at 7 pm and gates will open at 6 pm. Tonight is bald night at the stadium. All of those people who lack hair will be allowed into the stadium free of charge.

On Thursday, July 3rd, the Scorpions will be playing their final home game for a long while, against the St. George Roadrunners. The Scorpions are having Military Appreciation Night, allowing all Military Personnel, past or present to enter the game free of charge. The Scorpions will also be giving out free flags to the first 500 fans through the gates courtesy of Triwest Healthcare Alliance. After the game, the Scorpions will be having a fireworks display courtesy of Country Club Honda. The Scorpions urge all fans to come and show their support for the team, and for the men and women defending this country. The atmosphere is sure to be electric on this last night before the Scorpions go on a long homestand.
