Schultz Returns to Manchester

LOS ANGELES, CA - The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have assigned defenseman Jeff Schultz to the Monarchs, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.

Schultz, 27, has played in 41 games for the Monarchs this season, recording seven points (1-67) and 14 penalty minutes. He has not appeared in a game with the Kings this season.

The Monarchs return to action with their fourth annual Pink In The Rink game when they host the Providence Bruins at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8. The players will be wearing pink jerseys and skating on pink ice! There will be both a silent and live auction for the pink jerseys and proceeds from the event will benefit Catholic Medical Center's Breast Care Center.
