Game Preview:

Bakersfield (2-2-0-0, 4pts - T-3rd, Pacific Division) Stockton (2-1-1-0, 5pts - T-1st, Pacific Division)

Time: Doors open at 6 p.m., puck drops at 7 p.m.

Matchup:

After a great battle down the stretch of the 2009-10 season for the top spot in the division, and a five-game playoff series that led to the ousting of Bakersfield from the Kelly Cup Playoffs, the Central Valley rivals meet for the first time this season. The Condors are 27-14-3 all-time against Stockton, including 11-9-1 on home ice. The two clubs will meet 11 times in 2010-11, with six of those coming at Rabobank Arena.

Condors misc:

RW Pascal Morency's fight in last night's game put him over 1,200 PIM in his professional career. Morency is also 3 games away from 300 professional games played... Last night was F Andrew Ianiero's 400th game as a Condor. He is now 16 games behind Paul Rosebush for most games played in a Condors uniform... G Josh Tordjman played in his third straight game and is 2-1 in his three starts.

Transactions:

The Condors acquired F Vlady Nikiforov from the Florida Everblades in exchange for future considerations on Wednesday... RW Stephane Goulet was placed on 3-IR on Wednesday. He is eligible to be activated on Saturday... RW J.D. Corbin was placed on 7-IR on Oct. 23... RW Pascal Morency was assigned to the Condors on Oct. 21.
