Rodeo Road Trip

Feb. 10-March 5

The Rampage hit the road for their annual Rodeo Road Trip on Tuesday, Feb. 10 and return to home ice on Saturday, March 7 to play the Iowa Wild. This year's trip encompassed 11 games played over a span of 24 days, and the team will only return home to San Antonio once during the trip after a back-to- back against the Chicago Wolves.

PINK IN THE RINK: The Rampage are pinking out the Alamo City this week, playing two games on pink ice for the first time ever. This year's Pink Week features the annual Survivor Skate, ticket delivery to area breast cancer survivors by T-Bone and a golden puck fundraiser at both the Spurs game on Wednesday night and at the Rampage's Thursday night game against Texas. They wrap up the week with survi- vor makeovers at Pure Posh Salon, a fundraiser at Kendra Scott and finally the spe- cialty game-worn jersey auction following Saturday's game against the Barons.

QUOTABLE: "He was aware they were probably going to pull the goalie and saw the opportunity. We encourage that. In our minds, he's the best penalty killer in the American Hockey League." - Rampage Assistant Coach Scott Allen on Greg Zanon's shorthanded empty-net goal in the third period of a 5-2 victory over the Charlotte Checkers on Friday, Jan. 30.
