Saltdogs Hosting Larry the Cable Guy for Git-R-Done Night

LINCOLN, NE - The Lincoln Saltdogs are teaming up with Larry the Cable Guy to host Git-R-Done Night on Tuesday, August 28 at Haymarket Park.
Larry the Cable Guy will be at the ballpark as the Saltdogs face the Texas AirHogs starting at 6:45 PM. He will participate in in-game activities with fans, players and staff. The first 1,500 fans thru the gates will receive a Saltdogs Tuxedo T-Shirt sponsored by Allo and Union Bank & Trust. The Saltdogs players will wear special Git-R-Done plaid jerseys for the game.
The famous comedian's appearance is not the only promotion on the 28th. The Saltdogs' Terrace Tap Tuesday series will feature Glacial Till Vineyard. Drinks from the local wine and cider company will be available for purchase at the Pepsi Home Run Terrace. Git-R-Done Night will be an affordable evening because of the Saltdogs' $10 Triple Play Deal, which exists for every Sunday-Tuesday home game. The deal gives fans the chance to purchase a $10 ticket and receive vouchers for a hot dog and a soda with the price of admission.
Larry the Cable Guy is a multiplatinum recording artist, Grammy nominee, Billboard award winner and one of the top comedians in the country. He voiced the character Mater in the Cars movie franchise and starred in the movies Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector, Delta Farce and Witless Protection. He created the Git-R-Done Foundation, which has donated more than seven million dollars to various charities. Larry the Cable Guy was born and raised in Pawnee City, NE and is an avid sports fan.
