
Saints Team up with Kmart for "Project Renaissance"

ST. PAUL, MN (July 22, 2011) - One of the most well-known mass merchandising companies is teaming up with one of the most famous minor league baseball teams as Kmart and the St. Paul Saints are coming together in a unique promotion.
The Saints and Kmart will debut their new partnership on Saturday, July 23 at 11 different Kmart locations in the Twin Cities. Customers entering these locations will have a chance to interact with Saints players and Mudonna to help promote "Project Renaissance." Project Renaissance is a mission by Kmart to invite potential customers who have never shopped at Kmart before and for old customers to rediscover Kmart and see the changes they have made over the years.
Kmart's Project Renaissance event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Saints players will be on hand to meet and greet customers as they enter the Kmart locations from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., sign autographs and maybe even provide some shopping tips.
The 11 Kmart locations are as follows: Blaine, MN on University Ave; White Bear Lake, MN on White Bear Ave; New Hope, MN on XY Lon North; St Paul, MN on East Maryland Ave; Minneapolis, MN on West Lake Street; Dundas, MN on Schilling Drive; Oakdale, MN on 10TH Street North; Anoka, MN on West Highway 10; Burnsville, MN on Burnhaven Drive; West St Paul, MN on Signal Hills Center; Monticello, MN on West 7th Street.
Kmart will be out at Midway Stadium on Friday, July 22 at Midway Stadium for the 7:05 p.m. game against the Sioux City Explorers to help promote the July 23 event.

Tickets are available for all home games starting at $5 for general admission, $8 for outfield reserved and $12 for infield reserved. Friday Home Games with post-game fireworks (except August 26) are an additional $2 per ticket. August 26 features extended post-game fireworks and are an additional $3 per ticket. Tickets purchased on the Day of the Game are an additional $1 per ticket. Children under the age of 12 and seniors 65 and older receive $1 off the admission price. Children under 2 that don't require a seat are free.
