(Vancouver) Two interceptions, including one returned for a 54-yard touchdown have earned Lions defensive back Ryan Phillips the CFL Defensive Player of the Week award.

Phillips' two picks were part of a seven-turnover defensive onslaught that powered the Leos past the Saskatchewan Roughriders 33-12 in last week's West Semi-Final.

The CFL also announced that Lions rookie running back Stefan Logan was runner-up in the Offensive Player of the Week category. Logan sliced and diced his way to 153 yards on the ground and a lofty 8.5-yard average run along with another 88 yards through the air and a TD.

The Lions visit the Calgary Stampeders in the West Final at 1:30 pm (PT) on Saturday, November 15th at McMahon Stadium.
