Ray earns Offensive Player of the Week

(Edmonton) Eskimo quarterback Ricky Ray earned CFL's Outstanding Offensive Player of the Week for his performance in the East Semi-Final on Saturday. Ray was 27 of 37 for 303 yards and no interceptions and rushed four times for 25 yards, leading his team to a 29-21 win over the Bombers. It was the first time in history that a crossover team advanced to a Division Final. This is Ray's fourth Player of the Week honour this season.

Eskimo DE Fred Perry was runner-up for the Defensive Player of the Week and KR Tristan Jackson was next in line for the top Special Teams player.
