KANSAS CITY, MO (July 8, 2015) - The Kansas City Royals announced today that they recalled right-handed pitcher Aaron Brooks from Triple-A Omaha and optioned left-handed pitcher Brandon Finnegan to Omaha.
Brooks, 25, served as the 26th man for yesterday's split doubleheader. He has made a pair of relief appearances this year for Kansas City, while he's gone 5-4 with a 3.59 ERA and 77 strikeouts in 82.2 innings for the Storm Chasers this season.
