Round Rock continues an eight-game home stand with the second of four games against the Omaha Storm Chasers (Kansas City Royals). First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. CDT at The Dell Diamond. The Express won last night's series opener 4-2, ending a franchise-record string of seven consecutive one-run games and a four-game skid against the Storm Chasers. This is the sixth of 16 meetings between the two teams this season.

Julio Borbon is hitless in his last 15 at bats after collecting six hits in his previous 15 at bats. ... Joey Butler is riding an eight-game hitting streak (.313, 10-for-32), tied for the seventh-longest active streak in the PCL. Last night's 3-for-4 outing was his first multiple-hit game during the streak and his second of the season. Three of his four RBI this season came via home runs. Last night's solo homer produced his first RBI since an RBI double April 7 at Iowa. Butler is tied for second in the PCL with nine walks. He has hit safely in nine consecutive games and 23 of his last 24 games at The Dell Diamond, dating back to last season. ...
