RoughRiders Present "Small Business of the Month Award" on Behalf of OnDeck Capital

FRISCO, TEXAS (JULY 27, 2015) - On July 25, the Frisco RoughRiders presented the "Small Business of the Month Award" to Visiting Angels on behalf of OnDeck Capital. Britt Hollingsworth was on the field of Dr Pepper Ballpark to accept the award from RoughRiders' General Manager Jason Dambach prior to the team's Saturday game against the Corpus Christi Hooks. After accepting the award, he took the mound to throw out the game's ceremonial first pitch.
This season, the RoughRiders and OnDeck are partnering together to recognize and celebrate local small businesses in the DFW area. These efforts are part of a larger initiative through Minor League Baseball, as OnDeck desires to drive greater brand awareness in local communities by establishing local market credibility and recognition through a truly grassroots platform.
